Carol Dawson,owner of EEO Guidance, Inc.® provides training and seminars to assist businesses in their understanding of the equality and affirmative action laws and regulations. After spending over 20 years enforcing EEO and Affirmative Action laws for the U.S. Government, Carol now provides her first-hand knowledge to you. Her straight talking, interactive training and speaking sessions on Diversity, Affirmative Action, Title VII Harassment, Diversity, and Equality are essential for businesses who wish to deal effectively with a diverse workforce today and into the future. Carol is a graduate from the University of Arkansas (Fayetteville) with a degree in business administration. Growing up as a military brat, she traveled to several countries and incorporates her knowledge of different cultures into her workshops.

Bruce Kuehnl formed EEO Logic after serving for 18 years in various capacities at the Labor Department's Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs, most recently as the Acting District Director of OFCCP's Portland, Oregon office. While with the OFCCP, Mr. Kuehnl developed specialized expertise in computer applications relating to the statistical analysis of workforce race and gender profiles, movement patterns, and compensation practices. He brings that expertise to EEO Logic, where he is available to consult directly on affirmative action planning, corporate management audits, and OFCCP compliance reviews. At OFCCP, Mr. Kuehnl also served as the agency's National and Regional Microcomputer Coordinator, and as a compliance officer/investigator.

 

Bruce is considered an expert in the area of Affirmative Action compensation analysis, working with companies and corporations of all sizes to ensure their compensation practices are fair and statistically relevant.

  

Bruce received his B.A. from the University of California at Davis, and a Masters Degree in Public Administration and Labor Relations from Golden Gate University in San Francisco.
